How To Get Help

To use services provided by CHOPIN Hall there are two requirements that must be met:
1) Must reside in Hancock County
2) Must have an income below the requirements set forth by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services

Persons who qualify for services may come in one time a month for food and two times a month for clothing for a total of two visits each month.

Registering For Services

Those people meeting the qualifications to become a CHOPIN Hall client must register for services. To register, we must see a picture ID, proof of current address, and a birth certificate or social security card for each member of the household. New forms are filled out each July, at which time we need to again see a picture ID, proof of current address, and birth certificates/social security cards, even if we saw them the previous year.
